In view of the supervening event of the Application for amendment of the Execution Application so as to array the original Defendants to the said Execution Application having being rejected, the above Writ Petition challenging the order dated 15/4/2014 rejecting the Application to proceed against the said Defendants who are not parties to the execution proceedings cannot be found fault with. Hence no case for interference is made out. The above Writ Petition is accordingly dismissed. [R.M.SAVANT, J] lgc
