Mr. Sangappa advocate for the appellant points out order dated 12th June 2017 passed in the first appeal. The Contents of the order is reproduced herein below :- "1.

This is an Appeal by the owner of the vehicle against an award dated 22nd January 2014. Compensation of Rs. 4,50,000/- was awarded. The accident resulted in a fatality. 2.

Admit. Call for the R&P.

There will be as stay on execution conditional upon the Appellant depositing the entire amount awarded with the accrued interest with the MACT, Solapur within sixteen weeks from today. If the deposit is not made within that time, the stay will stand vacated without further reference to Court and execution may then proceed."

The advocate for the appellant states that the order is self operative. He further states that he has no instruction whether his client and applicant complied with direction given in order dated 12th June 2017. 3.

As the order is self operative. Civil Application No. 775 of 2015 is accordingly disposed.
