After paragraph 2, the following words be added as paragraph No.3 :

"3.

Refund of Court fees as per Rules. The mandatory deposit of Rs.25,000/- at the time of filing of the First Appeal be transferred to MACT, Sangli. After the transfer of the said sum of Rs.25,000/- with accrued interest, the Appellant - Insurance Company is permitted to withdraw this amount."
