By this contempt petition, the petitioner seeks action against the respondents for willful disobedience of the order dated 10.3.2014 in writ petition No.1750 of 2014. According to the petitioner, the respondents have willfully disobeyed the order dated 10.3.2014 by terminating the services of the petitioner, though this Court had directed the respondents, not to take any adverse action against the petitioner merely because the petitioner had approached this Court.

cp.609.2014_6.doc We do not find, on a reading of the order terminating the services of the petitioner, that the petitioner's services have been terminated as the petitioner had filed writ petition No.1750 of 2014. This Court had prevented the respondents from taking any action against the petitioner only on the ground that the petitioner had approached this Court. Since the action is not taken against the petitioner for approaching this Court in the writ petition, the contempt petition is liable to be dismissed.
