At the outset, learned APP on instructions submitted that, in the present case, the investigating agency has filed charge-sheet on 23.05.2019 i.e. much prior to passing of the Order dated 26.02.2021 by this Court. The Trial Court has already framed charge in the case on 07.10.2021.

In view thereof, present Petition for quashing of FIR does not survive and is accordingly disposed off.
