Heard learned counsel for the Petitioner.

The administrative approvals granted by the Additional Chief Executive Officer, having adverse implications on the Petitioner, are under challenge in the present Petition.

In our opinion, it would be appropriate if this Petition itself be treated as a representation by the Chief Executive Officer who shall look osk 1 of

33-Wp-6672-2023.doc into the concerns expressed by the Petitioner and take an appropriate decision or issue appropriate directions on the administrative approvals, which have been granted by the Additional Chief Executive Officer, Zilla Parishad, Kolhapur in the present matter.

Learned counsel for the Petitioner assures that the copy of this Petition along with the copy of this Order will be placed before the Chief Executive Officer, Zilla Parishad, Kolhapur, on 29th December 2025. Within a period of four weeks therefrom, the same shall be examined by the Chief Executive Officer, Kolhapur and appropriate action shall be taken. A copy of the decision shall be supplied to the Petitioner. 5.

In case, the decision of the Chief Executive Officer, Kolhapur is adverse, it is always open for the Petitioner to approach the Competent Forum / this Court challenging the said decision. It is open for the Petitioner to file an additional representation. 6.

All contentions in this Petition are kept open. 7.

Petition is disposed of in aforesaid terms.
