The present petition challenges the order dated 14th December 2016, passed by the Additional Collector, District Collector Office, Satara in proceedings No. Gram.P/Kambaleshwar/Vivad Arj/121/16, disqualifying the petitioners membership of the Grampanchayat. It is reported that the term of the Grampanchayat has ended in the year 2020 since the challenge to the order of disqualification and the election is of the year 2015 and the term of the Grampanchayat has elapsed, the petition has become infructuous. The petition is dismissed as infractuous.
