Parties through their counsel. Mr.Aradhya, learned counsel for the original complainant - Dattatray Vitthal Bhosale is also present. 2.

Mr. Sawant, learned AGP, on instructions of Mr. Y.G.Patil, Section Officer, (Co-operation Department), stated that the petitioners' have filed an appeal before the Director (Marketing) and the same is pending for consideration and that it will be decided in accordance with law within two weeks from today.

Mr.Govilkar, learned counsel for the petitioners undertakes to implead the original complainant - Dattatray Vitthal Bhosale as party Shubhada S Kadam 1/2

Sr.No.15 WP 5260.16 respondent in the said appeal and necessary amendment to that effect will be carried in the memo of appeal on or before 9th May, 2016. 4.

The parties will appear before the appellate authority on 9th May, 2016 at 11.00 a.m.. The appellate authority shall decide the appeal within two weeks from the date of appearance of the parties. 5.

It is also observed that, in case, any adverse order is passed by the appellate authority, the same shall not be implemented for a period of two weeks from the date of communication enabling the petitioners to avail the remedy as may be available to them. 6.
