It is seen that the cause title is not amended. Counsel for the Applicant seeks time to carry out the amendment. Amendment to be carried out within two days, as per the order dated 20.6.2022. 2.

It is stated that the challenge is only to the quantum of compensation. Hence Notice to Respondent No.5 is dispensed with. 3.

By this application, the applicant has sought to condone the delay of 9 days in filing the appeal. The grounds stated in the application, in my considered view constitute sufficient grounds, hence delay in filing the appeal is condoned.
