1] This is an application for condonation of delay in filing the First Appeal against Judgment and Order dated 24.07.2012 passed by the Member, Maharashtra Accident Claim Tribunal, Sangli in Motor Accident Claim Petition No.8 of 2008.

2] The application is of the year 2014. I have perused the previous orders passed by this Court. It is apparent from the previous orders that the Applicants are not interested in prosecuting the present application. 3] Civil Application is thus dismissed for want of prosecution. 4] Needless to state that, in view of dismissal of Civil Application for condonation of delay, First Appeal(S) No.13631/2013 alongwith Civil Application No.1449/2014 shall stand disposed of.
