At the outset, Ms. Kaushik, learned APP states that within a period of two weeks the State will file the Charge-sheet before the learned Sessions Court.

In view of said statement made by learned APP, Mr., Khandeparkar, learned Senior Counsel for the Applicant seeks withdrawal of the Bail Application with liberty to file a fresh Bail Application before the learned Trial Court after filing of the Chargesheet. 3.

Accordingly, the Bail Application is allowed to be withdrawn with liberty as aforesaid.
