DATED : 24th AUGUST, 2021 P.C:- On 2nd June 2021, the applicant was admitted to interim protection by recording that the injuries suffered by the complainant are Simple Injuries. Learned APP however, state that the Test Identification Parade has been held and the applicant is identified as one of the assailant. Learned APP also state that there are witnesses who have named the present applicant as one of the assailant.
