This petition challenges order dated 04/03/2006 made by the Civil Judge, Senior Division, Sangli, below Ex.64 in Miscellaneous Application No.107 of 1993 issuing Commission to the Court of Civil Judge, Senior Division, Bhavnagar (Gujrat) for examination of Kantibhai Hargovindas Gosalia and some other witnesses. 3.
This Court, on 10/07/2006, issued Rule in the matter but specifically declined any interim relief.

Now that nine years have passed since the making of the impugned order, it is reasonable to presume that the impugned order has been given effect to and the Commission stands executed. Even otherwise, there is no jurisdictional error in the making of the impugned order.

Accordingly, the present petition is dismissed. There shall be no order as to costs.
