The above Interim Application is filed inter alia to modify clause no.4 of the order dated 3rd February, 2023 passed in Family Court Appeal (ST) No.12414 of 2022 and to direct the Respondent husband to pay a sum of Rs.50,000/- per month towards maintenance, instead of Rs.45,000/- per month.

With the consent of the parties, clause 4 of the order dated 3rd February, 2023 passed by this Court in Interim Application No.3263 of 2023 IN Family Court Appeal No.22 of 2023 ALONG WITH Family Court Appeal No.22 of 2023 is clarified and the husband is directed to continue to pay interim maintenance of Rs.50,000/- per month (Rs.20,000/- p.m. to the wife + Rs.15,000/- p.m. to the daughter Janvi + Rs.15,000/- p.m. to the son Shaurya) as per the order dated 25th March, 2021 passed by this Court in Writ Petition (ST) No.92239 of 2020 with effect from 3rd February, 2023.

This consensus has also been recorded by the parties in Minutes of Order tendered to the Court today and which is signed by the advocates for the wife as well as the advocate for the husband. The same is taken on record and marked as 'X' for identification. 4.

Time to file the joint paper book is extended with the consent of the parties by a period of 4 weeks from today. 5.

The above Interim Application is accordingly disposed of. However, there shall be no order as to costs.
