Heard. The learned counsel for the Applicant submits that he received instructions not to press the Civil Application and the Appeal from Order against Respondent Nos.2 and 3, who are formal parties.

Liberty granted to the Appellant to delete these names from the cause title of the Civil Application and the Appeal from Order.

Amendment to be carried out within 4 weeks from today.

This Application is for restoration of the Basavraj G Patil 1/2
935.15caa present Appeal from Order which was dismissed in view of conditional order dated 08/01/2015.

Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the Applicant and the averments made in the Application, I am satisfied that the Applicant has made out a case for allowing the present Civil Application.

Hence, the following order:
a) The present Appeal from Order is restored to file for hearing and final disposal on merits. b) The Applicant to remove office objections, if any, as per order dated 08/01/2015 within 4 weeks from today.
c) Liberty granted to the Applicant to prefer an appropriate Application for interim or adinterim relief, if any, if they so desire.
d) Civil application stands disposed off accordingly.
