We are inclined to dispose of these writ petitions by this 1/2

The learned counsel appearing for the Petitioners has pointed out earlier order dated 24.03.2015 in Writ petition No.7584 of 2014­ Jayram Mansiram Hadas and ors v. The State of Maharashtra and ors., passed by this Court as well as observations made in judgment dated 24 April 2012 in Writ Petition No.7116 of 2011 passed by this Court at Aurangabad Bench, wherein it is directed that Respondent No.1­Chief Executive Officer to consider and decide the representation, in accordance with law. Therefore, based upon this order, the present writ petition is disposed of. The representation be considered and decided as early as possible and preferably within four months from today.

The writ petitions are disposed of.

Rule in both petitions is disposed of accordingly. There shall be no order as to costs.
