Learned counsel for the respondent no.2 states that the balance amount of Rs.3,35,429/- has been already paid to the appellant in compliance of the orders dated 25th July, 2019 on 11th September,2019. Statement is accepted.

Learned counsel for the respondent no.2 states that the appellant has not deposited a cheques of Rs. 4,78,098/- and Rs.1,86,473/- within the expiry period of the cheques. The respondent no.2 undertakes to issue fresh cheques to the appellant within one week from today and undertakes to honour the said cheques on presentation within the validity period of the cheque. Undertaking is accepted. 3.
