The main relief is made in prayer clause (b) which is reproduced below:

This Hon'ble Court be pleased to issue appropriate writ, direction or order to the respondent no. 1 or 6 to register the F.I.R. against the that timed Dy.S.P. Vijay Kabade, API Shamim Shaikh of Barshi city Police Station, Police constable Revanath Bhong of Barshi city police, Police Naik of Dy.S.P. office Barshi Sandesh Pawar in the interest of justice."

Prima facie it is seen that the FIR dated 13.01.2018 has been registered subsequently with respect to the grievance of the Petitioner in the present petition.

Hence the cause of action does not survive. Petitioner is at liberty to approach the competent authority in case if the Petitioner desires to do so in respect of any other complaint of the Petitioner against the Respondents.
