Kurle, ACB Satara, states that an application claiming the self same relief as claimed in the above Writ Petition which was made on 2­1­2018, is pending before the Trial Court for consideration. In view thereof, we do not deem it appropriate to entertain the above Writ petition, the same is accordingly disposed of. Needless to state that the said application which is pending before the Trial Court would be heard and decided on its own merits and in accordance with law.
