The learned APP on instructions of the Investigating Officer, who is present in the Court makes statement that the investigating agency does not want to arrest the present applicant in connection with C.R. No. 66/2019 registered with Khed Police Station, District­Ratnagiri. In view of this statement, learned counsel for the applicant prays for withdrawal of this application. Permission is granted after noting the statement made by the learned APP. The application is allowed to be withdrawn and is disposed of accordingly.
