By this petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, the petitioner seeks direction against respondent nos. 2 and 3 to insert the names of the petitioners in Shalarth Pranali and release the arrears of salary of the petitioners.

Learned counsel for the petitioners has referred to the representations made by the petitioners which are submitted to the respondent nos. 3 and 4 by which the petitioners have sought inclusion

Learned counsel for the petitioners has further referred to the approval granted by the respondent no.3 to the appointment of the petitioners on the regular pay scale and that the approval exist till today. He accordingly submits that the direction sought by the petitioners to include the names of the petitioners in the Shalarth Pranali and release of arrears of the salary be issued. 6.
In view thereof and considering the prayers sought in the petition, the respondent nos. 2 to 4 are directed to take appropriate steps and include the names of the petitioners in the Shalarth Pranali within a period of four weeks from today.

The respondent nos. 2 to 4 shall take appropriate steps to release the arrears of the salary of the petitioners within a period of six weeks as per the salary bills submitted by the New English School from time to time to the respondent nos. 2 to 4.

Rule is made absolute in the aforesaid terms. 9.
