Since we expressed our disinclination to consider the Application fled by the appellant/applicant seeking suspension of sentence and his release on bail, the learned counsel do not press for the Application and seek its withdrawal. The Criminal Application is disposed off as withdrawn. He would however request that the hearing of the Appeal which is admitted on 10.01.2019, to be expedited. Since the Record and Proceedings alongwith the paperbook is received on 21.06.2019, we deem it appropriate to add the Appeal to the fnal hearing board, commencing from 02.09.2024.
