502-APL-485-2021.odt Learned counsel for the applicants submits that 169 report has been filed as against the applicant No. 2-Mallikarjun Sutar and NC summary report has been filed as against the applicant No.1-Reshma Sutar on 30.01.2023. However, in para 2, the said fact is not correctly recorded.

Accordingly, para 2 of the aforesaid order be corrected, to read as under :

"2.

Learned A.P.P states that the police, after investigation, have filed a 169 report as against the applicant No. 2-Mallikarjun Sutar and NC summary report as against the applicant No.1-Reshma Sutar on 30.01.2023."

Rest of the order dated 30/01/2023 to remain as it is. PRITHVIRAJ K. CHAVAN, J.
