Heard the learned Counsel Mr.Tilak for the applicant. 2.

This application is preferred by the Plaintiff for restoration of First Appeal No.570 of 2004, which was dismissed in view of the order dated 4th August, 2007.

The learned Counsel for the Applicant submits that the valuation of the appeal is less than Rs.1 Crore, hence matter required to be transferred in the concerned District Court. 4.

The office is directed to verify the same and take appropriate steps for transferring the matter to the concerned District Court alongwith all pending applications.
