After having heard the parties at some length and perusing the PIL, its annexures as also Affidavits in Reply, we are of the opinion that this PIL has served its purpose. 2.
Undisputedly, the concerned area in relation to which this PIL has been filed has been the beneficiary of a project. The appropriate sanction has been granted. The budgetary allocation is made and the funds are also expended. All this is resulted in the work in Sangola, Taluka being completed. Therefore, the project as envisaged (Tembhu) lift irrigation project in so far as Taluka 1/2
