By this application, the Applicants seek condonation of delay of 2 years and 215 days caused in filing the aforesaid Criminal Appeal. 3.

Learned Counsel for the applicant submits that the applicant being the sole bread owner of the family was unable to arrange money so N. S. Chitnis 1/2

10-ia.1522-2021.doc as to engage an advocate for filing an appeal against his conviction. He submits that the economic condition of the applicant made it impossible for him to process his appeal in this Court.

For the reasons set out in the application, the application is allowed and delay of 2 years and 215 days caused in filing the aforesaid Criminal Appeal is condoned.

Application is accordingly disposed of.
