Heard learned counsel for the parties. The main grievance of the Petitioner is that his representation dated 28 April 2014 made to the Deputy Education Officer has not been decided yet. Learned AGP states that the Competent Authority will decide the said representation within a period of eight weeks from today. The statement is accepted. 2.

The writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the competent authority to decide the representation of the Petitioner within eight weeks from today and communicate the decision taken thereon to the Petitioner within one week thereafter. No order as to costs.
