The Criminal Appplication seeking quashing of CR No.106/2018 registered with Sadar Bazar Police Station, invoking Section 306 of the Indian Penal Code, deserve a disposal in the wake of the Judgment delivered by the Additional Sessions Judge, Solapur, in Sessions Case No.268/2018 where 9 accused faced the trial.

On 29.01.2022 the Sessions Judge acquitted all the accused persons of the offence under Section 306 of the Indian Penal Code. rajshree
