The above Civil Application has been shown for speaking to the minutes of the order dated 22nd September 2015 passed therein. On page No.8 in paragraph 8 in the third last line the word "Defendant" to be substituted by the word "Respondent" and in second last line the word "Plaintiff" to be substituted by the word "Appellant". On the same page in paragraph 10 in the first line the word "Applicant" to be substituted by the word "Respondent". The order to stand corrected accordingly.
