By this petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, the petitioner seeks directions against the respondent no.5Education Officer to decide the proposal sent by the Vijaysinh Patil Shikshan Prasarak Mandal-Educational Institution and Head Master of the New English School for individual approval to the appointment of the petitioner in the post of Junior Clerk at New English SchoolSecondary School within the stipulated period which this Court may

bdp 4-wp-2943.21.doc deem fit and accordingly grant individual approval to the appointment of the petitioner.

It is the case of the petitioner that the proposal for appointment of the petitioner had been submitted on 5th October, 2017 by the Vijaysinh Patil Shikshan Prasarak Mandal-Educational Institution and Head Master of the New English School for individual approval to the appointment of the petitioner in the post of Junior Clerk at New English School, however the respondent no.5-Education Officer has not taken any decision on the said proposal.

Learned AGP on instructions states that the decision will be taken on the said proposal for appointment of the petitioner within a period of eight weeks from today. Statement is accepted. 6.

Respondent Nos. 5-Education Officer shall take decision on the said proposal sent by the Vijaysinh Patil Shikshan Prasarak MandalEducational Institution and Head Master of the New English School for individual approval to the appointment of the petitioner in the post of Junior Clerk at New English School within a period of eight weeks from today. The decision to be taken by the respondent no.5Educational Officer shall be communicated to the petitioner within one week from the date of taking such decision.
