1) Both the parties are appearing through Video Conferencing from the office of the District Legal Services Authority ('DLSA'), Kolhapur. The learned Secretary of the DLSA has identified the parties.

2) The parties have settled the matter and the Revision Applicant has deposited the due amount. Part of the amount is deposited before the Court of Judicial Magistrate First Class, Kolhapur and rest of the amount is paid by the Revision Applicant to the Respondent No.1 from time to time. The Respondent No.1 acknowledges the same. The Respondent No.1 is permitted to withdraw the amount from the trial Court as deposited by the Revision Applicant. They have filed Consent Terms, which are taken on record and marked 'X' for Identification.

3) In these circumstances, the Revision Applicant seeks permission to withdraw the present Revision Application. The Respondent No.1 has no objection in granting permission to withdraw the present Revision Application. Permission is granted.

4) The Revision Application is disposed as withdrawn. 5) The Revision Applicant is thus acquitted of the charges levelled against him.

6) In view of the disposal of the Revision Application, nothing survives in the Applications therein and the same are also disposed of.
