Mrs Gavhane tenders an Affidavit of Mr Ukirde, Deputy Director of Education. It contained an apology and it shows at Exhibit 'I' that by a separate order of 19th July 2023, Mr Ukirde has formally withdrawn his order of 2nd March 2023. This is sufficient for our purposes. We accept the apology as well. 21st July 2023

Now, since the order is withdrawn, Mr Killedar states that the school will process the pay bills for the arrears that are due to the Petitioner represented by Mr Reddy.

We do not believe that any further orders are required in the Contempt Petition. We accept Mr Killedar's statement that the payment will be processed and the payout will be made within six weeks from today.

The Contempt Petition is disposed of in these terms. 5.
We clarify that we have not issued any notice of the Contempt Petition to Mr Ukirde.
6.
The Affidavit tendered today is to be filed in the Registry. 7.
Mr Reddy is always at liberty to apply if there is continued non-compliance.
