The respondent No.1 - Shri. Veershaiv Cooperative Bank Ltd. has fled a dispute against the petitioner for recovere of loan amount.

The respondent No.2 herein be application at Exhibit-43 sought substitution as disputant, on the ground that be Assignment Agreement dated 30 December 2020, the disputant bank had assigned the loan in favour of respondent No.2. Be the order impugned dated 30 Januare 2023, the Cooperative Court has allowed the application fled be the respondent No.2 for substitution.

The petitioner has not disputed the fact of assignment of the loan in favour of respondent No.2. In that view of matter, I do not see reason to interfere with the order impugned. The Petition is dismissed.

All contentions of the parties on merits of the dispute are kept open.
