Heard learned Advocate Shri Narvankar for the Petitioners. 2.

There are private complaints filed before the Court of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Kolhapur on behalf of the Employees Provident Fund Organisation. There are two accused persons. One is Company and Second is Director. Both are the Petitioners in all these petitions. Petitioner No. 2-Purushottam has expired on 15.08.2019. A copy of the death certificate issued by Kolhapur Municipal Corporation is tendered. It is taken on record and it is marked as 'Annexure-X'. It is filed in Writ Petition No. 2251 of 2019. It be considered in all these petitions.

Now the Petitioner No. 1-Company do not want to prosecute these petitions and there are instructions to withdraw all of them. 4.

All Writ Petitions are disposed of as withdrawn. Petitions stand abated in respect of petitioner no.2.
