When the matter was called out in the morning session, Ms Vyas requested the court to take up the matter post lunch so that she could, in the meanwhile, take instructions. Post lunch, when the matter is called out, Ms Vyas states that person to take steps is respondent no.7 ( Ms Shital Bhamre, Tehsildar, Karveer, Mobile No.9011092656) and she has instructions to inform the court that respondent no.7 shall execute and implement the order dated 12th July 2019 within 15 days from today. Statement accepted as an undertaking to this court. No further time will be granted. Breach of this undertaking will be viewed very seriously. Petition disposed.
