Heard Mr. Ketan Joshi, learned counsel for the Applicant and Mr. Tejas Ingale, learned counsel for the Respondent No.1. Perused the office note.

Mr. Ketan Joshi, learned counsel for the Applicant has been fair enough to submit that the Applicant is ready to deposit the Demand Draft of the statutory amount of Rs.25,000/- with the Mamta Kale
2/2 10-rc-40-2019.doc Motor Accident Claims Tribunal (MACT), Sangli, within two weeks from today so that claimants can withdraw the said amount.

Mr. Ingale, learned counsel for the Respondent No.1 has no objection if that exercise is made within two weeks. 4.
Having regard to the submissions of learned counsel for respective sides, the Applicant is directed to deposit Demand Draft of Rs.25,000/- (statutory amount) with the MACT Sangli, within two weeks from today.

On such deposits, the MACT Sangli to accept the said amount of Demand Draft.
6.
The Applicant shall furnish the receipt of depositing the Demand Draft of the statutory amount with the MACT Sangli with the Registry, thereafter within a week.
