This Application is moved for condonation of delay in filing the First Appeal.

The learned counsel for the applicants submitted that there is delay of 278 days in filing the First Appeal. He submitted that the delay is not intentional but it being a trust and applicants were not keeping good health and were facing financial problems, so it took time in collecting record of more than 100 years. 3.

The learned counsel for respondent nos. 1 and 2 opposed the Application.
