Heard learned counsel for the applicant. This is an application seeking condonation of delay in filing an application seeking leave to appeal. The delay is of 75 days.

2) For the reasons assigned in paragraph nos. 3, 4 & 5 of the application, the delay of 75 days needs to be condoned in the interest of justice.

(i) Application is allowed in terms of prayer clause 'a'. (ii) The delay of 75 days is condoned on depositing cost of Rs. 500/- in this Court.
