This petition takes an exception to the order dated 21 April 2022 passed by the Joint Charity Commissioner, Kolhapur below Exhibit-6 in Appeal No. 5 of 2023.

Considering the facts and circumstances, in my view instead of hearing the petition on merits against the interim order, it would be appropriate if the learned Joint Charity Commissioner decides the appeal itself expeditiously. The learned Joint Charity Commissioner, Kolhapur shall endeavour to dispose of the appeal, as early as possible and in any case within a period of three months from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
