The grievance of the Petitioner is that the Management has not forwarded the proposal seeking approval to the appointment of the Petitioner.

The learned Counsel appears for Respondent Nos.4 and 5. The Respondent Nos.4 and 5 may forward the proposal seeking approval to the appointment of the Petitioner within four weeks from today.

If the said proposal is forwarded, the Education Officer shall take decision upon it preferably within six months from the date of receipt of the proposal.
