The Applicant takes exception to order passed below Exhibit 29 in Regular Civil Suit No.958 of 2013, thereby holding that Civil Court has jurisdiction to entertain the suit. However, during pendency of Civil Revision Application, Regular Civil Suit No.958 of 2013 filed before Civil Judge, Junior Division at Kolhapur has been finally decided vide Judgment and Decree dated 31st March 2021. 2.
