Heard learned Counsel for applicant and learned APP. By way of present application, the applicant seeks modification of condition No.2(a) of the order dated 1st October, 2020 passed by Additional Sessions Judge, Satara. Learned APP, on instructions, submits that she has no objection.

By the order dated 1st October, 2020, learned Additional Sessions Judge, Satara had allowed the bail application of the applicant but Rekha Patil 1/2

86-appln-156-2021.odt imposed condition no.2(a) as under:

"2(a) Except dates of hearing of the trial, the applicant shall not enter jurisdiction of Satara District till conclusion of trial or till further order, whichever is earlier."

It is the above condition which the applicant wants to be relaxed for which the learned APP has given no objection, on instructions. In view of above, the condition No.2(a) of order dated 1st October, 2020 so imposed by learned Additional Sessions Judge, Satara is relaxed and the applicant is allowed to reside in his house at Khindwadi, Taluka and District Satara.

Application stands disposed of accordingly.
