First Appeal has been preferred by the State being aggrieved by the judgment and award passed in L.A.R. No.19 of 1999. 2.

Reference Court has enhanced the compensation to Rs.94,195/- from the compensation of Rs. 1,253/- awarded by SLAO. 3.

Considering the meager enhancement, this Court is not inclined to entertain the First Appeal. First Appeal is dismissed. 4.
