We, therefore, dispose of this Petition with a direction to Deputy Director of Education, Pune to decide the representation dated 25th April, 2017 forwarded by petitioner No.2. After grant of hearing to the petitioner, the decision be taken in accordance with law.

The order impugned if sustains after the decision of the Deputy Director of Education, Pune, petitioner No.2 will have to leave the place as a surplus teacher.
