The applicant is seeking pre-arrest bail in Crime No. 585 of 2021, registered with Sadar Bazar Police Station, Solapur, for the offences punishable under Sections 406, 408, 417, 420, 463, 464, 465, 468 and 471 r/w 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The applicant was granted ad-interim protection vide order dated 13th May 2022, after considering the allegations against the applicant. Since then the applicant is on bail. 4.

After going through the allegations against the applicant, I am of the opinion that the custodial interrogation of the applicant is varsha

In that view of the matter though the learned APP strongly opposed the application, the application is allowed. 6.

The order dated 13th May 2022 is hereby confirmed. 7.

The Applicant is directed to attend the police station as and when his presence is required.
