The learned counsel appearing for the Petitioner has pointed out that the claim of reimbursement of medical expenses of the Petitioner was not forwarded by the Management therefore, filed the present Writ Petition. To the notices of this Court, Respondent Nos. 4 and 5 appeared through the Secretary Mr. Dhondiarm Pratap Shinde and on instructions, he is making statement that they will forward the Application/reimbursement claim of the Petitioner to 1/2

ssm 2 40­wp9444.13.sxw Respondent No.3 within four weeks from today. Therefore, we are inclined to dispose of the present Writ Petition with directions to Respondent No.3 to decide the reimbursement claim of the Petitioner as early as possible, in accordance with law. The Petition is accordingly disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
