In para 2 of the Petition, the Petitioner has stated that Petitioner is a trustee of the 5th Respondent. Grievance is to the fact that the school established by the Trust was registered as minority institution. 2] As a trustee, the Petitioner cannot question a decision taken which is beneficial to the interest of the Trust.
