The above Civil Application has been filed for condonation of delay of 64 days in filing the Civil Revision Application. The reasons for the delay are mentioned in the application. The learned counsel appearing for Respondents No.1, 2 and 3 opposed the application, but ultimately left to this Court. In paragraph 4 and 5, it has been mentioned that the Petitioner was erroneously prosecuting some other proceedings against the impugned order which has resulted in the said delay of 64 days. Hence, accepting the said reason mentioned in paragraphs 4 and 5 of the Civil Application, the same is allowed. Resultantly, the delay of 64 days in filing BGP.
