2] This appeal is preferred against the order dated 17.01.2012, passed below Exh.5 in Civil Suit No.2 of 2011. A letter received from the District Judge, Solapur dated 28.1.2019, discloses that Regular Civil Suit No.2 of 2011 has already been disposed off by judgment and order dated 27.9.2018.

3] In view thereof, the appeal becomes infructuous and therefore it stands disposed off as dismissed. 4] In view of disposal of Appeal itself, pending Civil Application therein no more survives and the same is disposed off accordingly.
