Mr. Gavnekar, the learned Advocate for the petitioner, on instructions, states that entire terminal benefits alongwith the arrears have already been credited to the Account of the petitioner. The learned Counsel for the petitioner, does not dispute the said position.

We are further assured that, monthly pension would be paid regularly to the petitioner without any interest. In view of the aforesaid statement, the Contempt Petition stands disposed of.
